[Blog] Off the Market....: <!-- @page { margin: 0.79in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } -->
Life is always going to be unpredictable and we never really do know what happens next... I was relieved when my clients who live in the "Lovely Cottage" told me of their very difficult decision to stay and not to sell.  I was very happy about this decision!  I am lucky to serve families, first and foremost.  It's paramount to me that each and every person or family that I help are making the very best decisions.  I am truly honored by them and am grateful that they entrusted me to help them.
Since listing this home the last week of April, I put this website together to exclusively market their home.  I am a Web 2.0 expert and actually now have 89 websites.  Not all of them are related to real estate... However, I do have several .com names for marketing real estate listings, just like this one.  Since over 80% of all homes for sale are seen by potential buyers and social networks like Linked In, Facebook and Twitter are in the forefront, it's important to know that your home is getting the exposure it needs to sell.  The three reason's why a home does not sell still apply, even more so in this tough economy... (1) Price (2) Condition (3) Marketing.  You might be surprised that I did not mention location.  However, this is a key factor in Real Estate, the location of a home only applies if the three (3) factors I've mentioned above are in balance.
In this current market, we are now entering into our busy season.  As soon as the children are out of school, the market activity should increase.  Many people are going to make a move so that they can be settled and ready for school to start in mid August.  The market will slow down again in September, through the holiday season.  We generally see an increase in the market after "Super Bowl Sunday."  Again, the activity will then increase typically through the Spring and Summer.  This cyclic trend still applies, even in tough economic times.
Contact me today about listing your home in and around the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area.  I am delighted to pull comparable sales for you at any time.
